Heather Buchanan is a Scottish photographer based in London.
From Loch Lomond, Scotland, Heather showed interest in photography from a young age. However, it wasn’t until later on that she decided to pursue a photography career.
After graduating university in 2008 with a BA (hons) in English Literature, she relocated to Barcelona, Spain where she began her writing career.
Heather returned to the UK in 2018 to study Graduate Diploma Photography in UAL: London College of Communication. Here, she was able to harness her photography skills and improve her knowledge of the subject.
Heather continues to work on her commercial photography and writing career while developing documentary series in her free time.
